About the Role:

A day in the life: Our Maintenance Technician is flexible and a jack-of-all-trades. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the performance and reliability of our blast and plastic warehousing equipment while also supporting facility upkeep and project-based work. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a problem-solving mindset, and the versatility to work both independently and as part of a team.

On a given day, as a Warehouse Maintenance Technician, you will:

80%–Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting (Blast/Shop Warehousing Focus):

  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on industrial blast equipment, warehousing systems, and other critical machinery.

  • Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

  • Support special projects and daily maintenance needs involving warehousing equipment.

  • Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend or implement repairs using appropriate tools, parts, and documentation.

  • Assist in the setup, rearrangement, and mechanical layout adjustments of production and warehouse equipment as needed.

15% project-based maintenance (on- and off-site):

  • Complete assigned maintenance projects, which may take place within the warehouse or at off-site locations.

  • Collaborate with the Blast Plant Superintendent and leadership team to scope project requirements, timelines, and safety considerations.

  • Execute mechanical installations, modifications, or upgrades as part of project initiatives.

5% – Facility Maintenance & General Repairs:

  • Perform general facility upkeep, including minor repairs to lighting, plumbing, structural components, and safety systems.

  • Conduct basic preventive maintenance tasks throughout the warehouse and office areas.

  • Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and safe for all employees.

Other duties: 

  • Adhere strictly to company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.

  • Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned

Schedule & Travel: 

This is a full-time Monday through Friday position located in Circleville, Ohio. This position would work dayshift (Flexible schedule to be agreed upon and maintained unless communicated otherwise)

The qualified candidate we seek is an Warehouse Maintenance Technician with these QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

  • Previous experience in mechanical repair, warehouse maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Welding experience is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
