Blast Plant Positions


Lead Industrial Painter:

This hands-on leadership role involves supervising a team of painting technicians while also performing coating applications on metal components using brush, roller, or airless spray methods. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality finishes in an industrial environment.

Industrial Blaster:

This role is critical to our manufacturing operations, as you would be responsible for removing rust and other material buildup from rough surfaces using specialized equipment that sprays abrasive materials. The material is typically a mixture of coarse sand and compressed air, which is forced through a hose at high pressure to smooth or clean the surface.

Industrial Handler:

Our Industrial Handler will be hardworking and can work independently by being self-motivated or in a team atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for the handling and cleaning of all incoming and outgoing parts from our industrial blasting and coating facility.

Experienced Industrial Blaster:

is a skilled professional who can handle critical surface preparation, using state-of-the-art blasting equipment to smooth and clean metal surfaces, ensuring perfect paint adhesion and coating durability. The material is typically a mixture of coarse sand and compressed air, which is forced through a hose at high pressure to smooth or clean the surface. With attention to detail and a commitment to safety, you’ll help us build the strong, high-quality foundation our products rely on.

Industrial Painter:

Our Industrial Painter would have meticulous attention to detail. You would be responsible for applying the coating to metal components with either a brush and roll method or an airless spray rig.

Experienced Industrial Painter:

is a key player in delivering high-quality, durable finishes to our metal components! With a focus on expert application and safety, you’ll be applying specialized coatings to metal surfaces, ensuring each finish is perfect for protection, performance, and appearance. This role requires an experienced professional who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and has a strong background in industrial painting techniques.

Hybrid Field Blaster & Coater:

This unique, hands-on role includes abrasive blasting, industrial painting, handling, and power washing metal components and concrete surfaces. The position will begin primarily as a local role, with an increasing travel requirement after the first year to support off-site and field projects.

Field Positions


Restoration Foreman—Travel Division:

would be a natural leader with hands-on experience in concrete restoration and construction. They would thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy guiding a team to success. FORJAK Industrial is looking for an experienced and motivated Restoration Foreman to lead restoration projects across the country. This is a travel-heavy field position, where you’ll oversee and coordinate teams on a variety of exciting restoration and construction projects.

Restoration Technician—Travel Division:

They thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for restoring structures to ensure structural integrity, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This would be completed on various concrete surfaces. This position will work as part of a team to complete tasks such as power washing, concrete demo, concrete restoration, small concrete pours, miscellaneous construction projects, floor repairs and coatings, media blasting, and steel painting. This is a travel-heavy field position, so if you enjoy working on the road and have the hands-on skills to bring structures back to life, this job is for you.

Restoration Equipment Technician—Travel Division:

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to support concrete restoration projects. This role demands extensive travel, with 95% of the time spent at various job sites. The company covers all travel expenses, lodging, and meals (excluding the first meal during travel).

The job would be completed on various concrete surfaces.
